Day 443 – October 13th 2023

Today we went from Logsdon Barge to Grafton Marina in Grafton Illinois. Grafton is at the confluence of the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers. So once we leave where we’ll be exiting the Illinois and entering the mighty Mississippi!

We plan to spend a couple of nights here. Time to catch up on some much needed rest and the laundry after being underway for so many days.

Day 444 – October 14th 2023

Rainy and overcast again today. So there is not much happening today. But Richard still found some boat chores to keep him busy. He’s always in motion.

For dinner, we walked up to a pub and had a burger and listened to the band. It was a nice night!
