Linda arrives today!!! I’m ready for her visit!!!! She got here at 4:00. Right on time!!! We picked her up at the airport. We went to a really good Italian restaurant called Roostica!!! We all had a wonderful dinner. Back to the boat and off to bed!!
Day 182 – February 18th 2022
This morning we got up—yes I’m up earlier than normal because I have company!!! We decided today is a pool day. All three of us went to the pool and staked out our spot!!! It was a wonderful day spent relaxing by the pool!!! For dinner Richard cooked lobster and stone crab claws!!! It was so yummy!!!! We all ate too much!!! It was a great Day!!!
Day 183 – February 19th 2022
Today is beginning as another day at the pool. We spent the morning at the other pool location because our normal pool is closed for a private party today. We ate lunch at Sloppy Joes restaurant and met some boating friends at the pool then we went back to the boat to change clothes. This afternoon we are going in to the Key West downtown area. We met Richard’s friends Kallen and Cindy from Lake Charles LA. We met for drinks at Margaritaville. After drinks we went by car to a Cuban restaurant Richard knew about. We all had a delicious dinner!!! It was so good!!! Now we are back at the boat and off to bed!!!
Day 184 – February 20th 2022
This morning Linda and I went back to the pool. Richard is playing golf today. Linda and I had a great day poolside!!! For dinner we went to Matt’s restaurant here at the Perry hotel. I had mussels and clams and it was so yummy!!! Linda had the same thing. We shared a delicious dessert!!!! Another awesome day in the books!!!
Day 185 – February 21st 2022
We got up this morning and there was a manatee swimming around the boat!!! He stayed in our part of the marina all morning. It is so cool to see them!!! We went to the pool and had a very relaxing day!! The weather here is perfect!!!! We shared some French fries at the pool.
