This morning we woke up and left our calm little anchorage around 8:00 am. We are going to Columbus, MS not very far away so we are traveling at a very relaxing 6 knots!!!! No hurry!!! We pulled into the marina and docked safely.
We wanted to use the loaner car to run into Columbus but it was checked out for the day. So going to just be a slow day around the marina. Richard piddled with a few boat projects.
There is no restaurant so Richard cooked party chicken so we would have leftovers for tomorrow night while we are at anchor. There will be a few legs coming up where we will be using anchorages since there are few marinas along this stretch of the Tombigbee.
Off to bed early!!! These early mornings are getting to me!!!
