We left our anchorage at 7:00 am. We went a short distance and turned left off the Mississippi River and entered the Ohio River at Cairo. This is barge central!!! Barges and tugs are everywhere!!! We ran down this river a couple of hours and came to the Olmsted lock. We arrived in Paducah, KY at 1:30 pm.
The marina we are at was not supposed to have electricity but when we got there we had power!!! Yippee!!! After being at anchor, shore power is a good thing!!!
For dinner we went to a fantastic steak restaurant Does Eat Place!!! We both had a wonderful meal!!!
