This morning we were up at 5:30 am. Ugggg!!!! We needed to leave when the tide was slack or changing. We watched the current and left at 6:55 am. We are traveling up the coast to Liberty Landing Marina in Jersey City, NJ.
It’s pretty hazy from the fire so we can’t see the skyline as we make our way up the harbor. We pass right in front of the Statue of Liberty, and it is so pretty from the water! Unfortunately we didn’t find a buddy boater to take our boat picture in front of Lady Liberty. We’ll try again when we depart on Wednesday.
We made it to Liberty Landing!!!! We are right across the Hudson River from NYC looking into Manhattan. We have An amazing view of the city!!!! We are finally settled in for a Dr days to enjoy our time in New York City!!!!!
