Today I am sad because we have to say goodbye to our dear friends, Dave and Betsy!!!! They are such special friends! It feels like we have been together forever — we picked right up as if we had never been separated!!! They left in the early morning and we pulled out shortly thereafter. We are going to the Boathouse Marina in Colonial Beach Virginia. We docked in at 3:15 pm. We cooked sausage and pasta for dinner. We are tired so off to bed!!!!
Day 335 – August 31st 2022
We have decided to stay out here for one more day. We are trying to get a prescription filled for me that required one more day. We got the prescription!!!! And we had a lazy day to rest. For dinner we got the loner golf cart and went to a French/Sushi restaurant that amazingly was very good!!! Back to the boat and off to bed for me.
