Day 141 to 149 – October 9th to 17th 2021

Captain’s update: Dawn has fallen a bit behind on her blog updates so I thought I would post an informational update in the meantime.

We departed New Smryna Beach on the 9th and continued our way south toward our winter destination of Pompano Beach. We stopped along the way at Melbourne, Vero Beach, Nettles Island, and North Palm Beach.

We arrived in Pompano Beach on October 14th. We’ll dock GloriaUs here for the winter and restart our adventure in Mid-January 2022. We spent the next few days prepping her for the layup, and lining up contractors for a few projects.

We returned to our home in Destin on October 17th. We are looking forward to a few months in our dirt home!
