Today is a day of play!!! We are not traveling so we can be sightseers!!! This morning we took a city tour by golf cart that was very interesting!!!! We were told the history of Beaufort and it has a lot!!!! Many famous movies have been filmed here including The Prince of Tides, The Great Santina, Forrest Gump, The Big Chill, and a relatively new one, The Stars Fell on Alabama. All told over 20 films had some filming done in Beaufort.
After the tour we walked into downtown for lunch. We went to a great pizza shop Hearth Wood Fired Pizza. Another great recommendation from our friends aboard Flip Flop. We shared a pineapple pizza and it was yummy!!!! After lunch we walked back by the water and saw some very inviting swings!!! So of course we had to give them a try!!! Richard walked back to the boat and got Charlie and he came to swing with us!!! We sat there for quite a while until we got hot and we walked back to the boat. For dinner tonight Richard prepared crab cakes, squash and mushrooms. Once again a good meal!!! We watched the Astros on tv and went to bed. Another amazing day!!!
