Today is a travel day. We are going from Bimini to Chub Cay. We left at 7:00 am headed out on our way to a beautiful sunrise. The seas were about 1-2 feet so not too rough with our stabilizers. It was a long day of traveling, around 100 miles. This will be the longest travel day for us while in The Bahamas.
We got into Chub Cay around 4:30pm. We had originally planned to anchor overnight. But after such a long day, we decided we would take a slip at the Chub Cay Marina. It was very nice and of course a bit expensive. They had a nice restaurant so we went up for drinks and dinner. Richard decided to take a swim in the pool and rinse the day’s grime away!
We all had a great meal after our long day. Richard and I had mahi mahi that was delicious!!!! After dinner we were all ready for bed. Tomorrow is another day of travel!!!! Good night!!!
