This morning Richard let me sleep in a little. It felt good. I got up and got dressed and found Richard looking at the charts and weather. We decided we are going to leave Key West tomorrow and go back to Marathon for a few days and head north to Ft. Lauderdale next week. We need to get there for some scheduled boat maintenance and other projects before we head to the Bahamas.
Later today we are going to meet Jeff and Melissa and some of our new friends at a bar on the water close to their boat. They are planning their trip to the Bahamas and we wanted to be involved since we are going to be there too!! After a while of everyone sitting around talking we got ready to leave. There were 13 people there. We went to a restaurant with Jeff , Melissa, and a friend of hers that is visiting. The food was good at Roostica and I had eggplant Parmesan that was delicious!!!!
We said our goodbyes but know we will see each other on the water again soon. We ubered back to the boat and off to bed for me!!!!
